Would you like to return a WoolFit product? No problem!
The €4.90 shipping fee you paid when purchasing the goods includes one return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges are therefore essentially free of charge.
Returns from abroad must be paid for by the customer. In this case, the original shipping costs will be refunded to you.
In any case, you will never pay more than one shipping fee. The standard return period is 14 days.
By the way: In the event of a cancellation, although you will be refunded the original shipping costs, you must bear the return shipping costs yourself. We recommend the standard return method.

Please make sure to return the items clean & undamaged in the shoebox and additionally in protective outer packaging (e.g. the shipping box). If the shoebox is missing or too heavily damaged, we will have to charge €5 for the necessary repacking.
