🎅 Extended exchange policy: You can comfortably give WoolFits as Christmas presents and exchange/return them until January 4, 2026.
Would you like to return a WoolFit product? No problem!
The shipping costs of €4.90, which you paid when purchasing the goods, include a return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges are therefore free of charge.
Returns from abroad must be franked by yourself. The outbound shipping costs will be reimbursed to you in this case.
So, in no case will you pay more than one shipping fee. The standard return period is 14 days.

Please make sure to return the items clean & undamaged in the shoebox and additionally in protective outer packaging (e.g. the shipping box). If the shoebox is missing or too heavily damaged, we will have to charge €5 for the necessary repacking.
