Dispute Resolution
We are, of course, willing to resolve disputes and are great friends of harmony and kindness. However, the European Commission has shut down its platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform). We are not willing and not obligated (and, above all, have no desire for legal mumbo jumbo) to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. No slipper is worth a legal dispute 😅.
