One day, I came home from work after wearing my tight leather shoes all day. My feet were overheated, stressed, and longed for freedom.

When I stepped barefoot onto our felt rug, I noticed how relieving it felt. The little balls massaged my feet, and the felt immediately created a pleasant sensation. So I asked myself: why can't I have this feeling everywhere?

Fortunately, the idea came just in time for the beginning of the Corona crisis, because Nepal also experienced a harsh lockdown. Thanks to the FeelGood footbeds, we were able to give the felt artists the opportunity to work from home despite the lockdown, where felting shoes is not possible.

Colorful Works of Art

The insoles consist of hundreds of small felt balls, which are not only hand-felted but also hand-sorted and sewn. No two insoles are alike, and each is a true work of art that requires 4-6 hours of manual labor depending on the size.

Antibacterial & Breathable

Only natural wool is used for the felt. Due to the lanolin contained in the wool, the material naturally offers an antibacterial effect. This prevents the formation of unpleasant odors in your slippers, and a fresh climate around your feet is maintained even after prolonged wear.

Natural Walking

Our FeelGood footbed simulates natural walking on ''imperfect'' surfaces. Nowadays, our feet are often ''spoiled'' because we constantly walk on flat, smooth surfaces. However, our feet were originally made to carry us barefoot over various terrains.

70,000 nerve endings are located in the foot

To prevent them from atrophying, the feet need regular stimulation. The FeelGood footbed teaches your feet to truly feel again.

Invigorates the feet & promotes blood circulation

The integrated foot reflexology massage not only feels pleasant but also promotes blood circulation in the feet. This helps even chronically cold feet finally get warm.

Fair & Environmentally Friendly Production

With your purchase, you support our felt artists in Nepal, who meticulously handcraft the insoles for us. We place the highest value on fair working conditions and remuneration, which is far above the prevailing standards there. Only wool, water, and some soap are needed for the felting process – so production is free of chemicals, and no plastic is used throughout the entire manufacturing process.

With your purchase, you not only do something good for your feet but also help us create fairly paid, secure jobs in Nepal.

Size note: Our FeelGood footbed is perfectly matched in size to our Classic product range and fits relatively true to size.
